Warranty Coverage
Each Classic Car Cocoon is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. The built-in Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) liner includes a 5-year corrosion-inhibition warranty, providing dependable, long-lasting protection for your vehicle.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Your purchase also comes with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.

Limitations
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Classic Car Cocoon, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Responsibility of Use
Product users are responsible for determining if the Classic Car Cocoon is suitable for their intended purpose and assume all associated risks. Classic Car Cocoon, LLC disclaims liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use, or inability to use, the product.

Shipping Policy
All Classic Car Cocoons undergo a detailed inspection before shipping to ensure they are free of defects, but if you notice an issue, simply reach out. 

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with shipping damage and to help us resolve shipping claims quickly, we ask customers to take and submit photos of damaged shipping boxes and/or products through the information provided on our Contact Page immediately.  This documentation helps us provide faster resolutions with the carrier service.

Product Defect

If your order arrives with a product defect, please contact us within 90 days of receipt for assistance and review to see if it may be eligible for replacement. To help us move quickly on your claim, we ask that you take and submit photos of any defects through the information provided on our Contact Page. 

Returns and Exchanges

If a Classic Car Cocoon is purchased in the wrong size, customers need to contact the company before using the product to review the situation for a possible return or exchange.  Customers may be asked to provide photographs for evidence of the issue.  Customers will responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs. 

Classic Car Cocoon encourages customers to reach out with any questions before placing an order to help ensure the correct size is purchased and to minimize the need for returns or exchanges.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product and its travel bag is returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and seals intact. 

Product Non-use Storage

If the Classic Car Cocoon is damaged due to improper storage when not in use, this will be considered owner misuse. The company provides clear instructions on how to store the Cocoon itself, separate from vehicle storage. Any damage caused by failure to follow these storage instructions is not covered under the warranty and will void it. 

As a result, the return or exchange policy does not apply to damage caused by improper storage of the Cocoon. Customers are encouraged to follow all storage guidelines carefully to maintain warranty protection. If there are any questions about storage, owners should contact the company before storing, using the information on the Contact Page. 

Photos and Stories Shared with Classic Car Cocoon, LLC

By sharing your photo(s) and story with Classic Car Cocoon, you give us permission to showcase them with our community, unless notified not to, in writing, at time of receipt. Otherwise, we may feature them on our website, social media platforms, or other materials to celebrate your car(s) and inspire fellow enthusiasts. While we can’t guarantee every photo will be used, we’re always excited to highlight the passion. When possible, we’re glad to include credit to the photographer or owner.  

Policies Outside of These Terms
Any warranty, guarantee, or representation not specifically stated in this policy must be in a written document signed by an authorized officer of Classic Car Cocoon, LLC.
